There are all kinds of hacks to adapt the iPhone to do all kinds of things, and now some folks have figured out how to make an iPhone guitar! This video shows the iPhone guitar, in which a person uses the iPhone's multitouch screen to create guitar strings that can be played like a real guitar (a small one, anyway): one finger holds the strings on the "frets" and moves along them, the other to pluck or strum the "strings."
Unlike the Guitar Hero game, however, you're really making the sound with the iPhone guitar... so the quality of the music/noise you create depends on how good your chops are.
